Welcome to TEDxQueensU's Speaker Nomination Form.

TEDx is a branch of the TED platform – giving light to novel ideas that are relevant to the local community and can incite change in attitudes and perspectives. Think you or somebody you know from the Queen's/Kingston community would be a great speaker for this year's conference?

For examples of the TED talk format, check out this playlist of the Top 11 Must-see TED talks. We are bound by the TEDx licensing rules when curating speakers for our event. To review eligibility and expectations of TEDx speakers please follow this link

Speakers will be contacted for auditions based on the novelty of the idea proposed and how meaningful the idea will be to the Queen’s and greater Kingston community. When auditioning for TEDxQueensU, speaker candidates are expected to present a TED-style talk that will be as close as possible to their performance at the official TEDx event. If you are selected as a speaker, our Speakers team will work with you one-on-one to develop your ideas into a TED-style talk.

We look forward to reviewing all your applications!
